We invest heavily in operations, training, and apprenticeship so loan officers aren’t forced to choose between speed and correctness. Operations: In-house operations (Hybrid design)
Dedicated in-house operations handle disclosures, submission, borrower condition organization and follow up, third-party documentation, closing coordination. Loan Experts stay focused on client communication, loan structuring, restructuring, troubleshooting and will have full ownership of the file through closing. -
Apprenticeship Model:
Loan Experts are trained on live files, not hypotheticals. New team members participate in a structured onboarding period, followed by apprenticeship through real transactions with guided exposure to complexity. Training continues well beyond month one, with an emphasis on how to think, not just what to click. -
Sales Support (Judgement, Not Scripts):
Ongoing pre-approval and structuring support focuses on clean files and correct narratives. Loan Experts work closely with operations and broker to identify what matters, push back on unnecessary underwriting conditions, and recognize when additional documentation is noise- not clarity. -
Technology (Purpose-built, not bloated):
Our systems are selected and configured to reduce friction, not add it. Technology exists to support sound decisions, clean files, and borrower confidence- not to overwhelm Loan Experts with tools that don't improve outcomes. -
Cost Structure:
No pass-through costs for Loan Experts for operational support, systems, or infrastructure. -
Compensation (Sales):
Transparent compensation with a flat, predictable structure per funded loan. No hidden math. No moving targets. You know exactly how much you get paid and why. This is a 100% commission position. -
Benefits:
401(k) with company match and immediate vesting for eligible full-time employees. Benefits are structured intentionally based on role and responsibility.
