Based on the open-house flyer. This sample is not an active promotion. Final event dates, monthly entry period, drawing date, prize details, and winner-notification process must be supplied before entries open.
Who can enter & when
- No purchase, mortgage application, loan closing, or referral is required. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. A free alternate method of entry is available upon request; a dashboard account and Rate Alert signup are not required for alternate entry.
- For the Rate Alert entry method, select Create a Rate Alert, then Enter Giveaway Now. Complete your Rate Alert signup for this property during the scheduled open-house hours, before the countdown reaches 00:00:00. The signup creates your dashboard and automatically saves the selected scenario. Opening the popup alone does not enter the giveaway. Existing account holders must complete an eligible Rate Alert for the participating property during its entry window; an existing account alone does not count as an entry.
- Limit one entry per person per participating open house, using one valid email address, regardless of entry method. Using additional email addresses does not create additional eligibility. The same person may enter at another participating open house during that event’s entry hours, using the same email address. Entries must be submitted personally; entries submitted on someone else’s behalf, duplicate or fraudulent entries, and attempts to circumvent eligibility limits may be disqualified.
- Participants must be 18 years or older. The giveaway is intended for residents of states where Lendexa Mortgage LLC is licensed: NC, SC, and FL. Void where prohibited.
- Employees of Lendexa Mortgage LLC; real estate agents and brokers; mortgage loan originators and brokers; title and settlement professionals; home insurance agents; and members of their immediate households are not eligible. For these rules, household means people living at the same residence. Eligibility may be verified before a prize is awarded.
- You may continue using Explore Rates and other tools outside open-house hours, but late submissions do not qualify for giveaway entry.
Monthly prize & drawing
- The $1,000 shown on this template is a sample amount, not an active prize offer. Lendexa announces the prize amount separately for each month and may change it for future months. Once a month’s entries open, that month’s advertised prize amount remains fixed.
- One winner will be selected randomly on the first business day of the following month from all eligible entries received for that month across participating open houses, including free alternate entries. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Business day means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Lendexa Mortgage LLC sponsors and administers the giveaway. A participating Realtor or venue may host an open house; hosting does not make that party a giveaway sponsor. Any additional sponsor or role will be identified in the event’s rules.

- Your name, phone number, and email are collected when you create your dashboard account. Saved scenarios can be updated anytime in your dashboard.
- Rate Alert emails are sent twice weekly for your favorite saved scenarios. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Lendexa may contact you about entry administration, eligibility, and winner notification. Marketing calls, texts, and emails are subject to the permissions you affirmatively provide in the signup flow; these rules do not independently grant blanket marketing permission. Optional marketing permission is separate from giveaway entry, and declining or withdrawing it does not affect your odds or eligibility.
- Rates, programs, and eligibility are subject to change without notice. Exploring rates does not require a credit check. A Rate Alert is not a rate lock, loan approval, or commitment to lend.

Prefer the free alternate entry method?
You do not need to create a dashboard account or sign up for Rate Alerts to use the free alternate entry method. Contact Lendexa for instructions and identify the property and event you are attending. Entries must still be submitted during the scheduled entry window, and all other eligibility rules apply. Both entry methods share the same entry limits, drawing pool, and odds. Alternate entrants may be contacted for entry administration and winner notification; any optional marketing permission must be requested separately and affirmatively provided.
