- Marketing: Loan Officer landing page with a consumer facing pricing engine- equipped with rate alerts to keep your prospects and borrowers engaged.
- Tech: POS/LOS: ARIVE, Advantage Credit: Score Navigator-Soft Pulls-Hard Pulls. Retention: Stikkum, Brand: Blinq Email Signature & E-card, Norton: Cloud Based VPN and Malware, Email: G-suite, Pricing Engine: Loan sifter and ARIVE.
- Everything you need to succeed! No pass through costs for the Loan Officer or the borrowers for any of the above support, tools or technology
- Benefits; United Health: Insurance: 60% employer paid for employee and 40% employer match for dependents (Full time employees after 3 months)
- Benefits: Human Interest: 401k with company match up to 3.5%- Immediately vested
- Hardware: Company Issued MacBook Air, Apple Wireless Keyboard and Apple Mouse.
- Payroll: All Employees are paid semi-monthly and w2. We cover all payroll taxes and do not 1099
- Lenders: 17 lenders and adding more, programs and solutions to place the right borrower with the right loan
- Sales: MLO Comp: 100BSP up to 3.6MM in production. 150BSP above 3.6MM in production. Sales Contests for top achievers
- Operations: Generous salary plus per file bonus. Ops Contests and performance bonuses for consistent achievers
